Hello, I’m Hanyi — a former office worker who discovered Reformer Pilates during pregnancy.
What started as a way to relieve discomfort from long hours at work and motherhood soon became a journey of rediscovering strength, control, and balance through breath and mindful movement.
My goal is to help more people strengthen their core through breathing, build full-body strength, improve posture, move with ease in daily life, and even enhance athletic performance.
In my classes, I listen to each student’s needs and guide them in a clear and approachable way — step by step helping them rediscover stability, strength, and confidence in their bodies.
